Return & Refund Policy

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered.

Return Conditions
Shoes may be tried on indoors but must be clean, free from visible wear or damage, and returned in their original packaging.

Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size-related or change-of-mind returns. A 10% return processing fee, calculated based on the purchase price of the returned items, will be deducted from the refund after inspection.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs, and no return processing fee will apply.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after returned items have been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after approval.
